Ingredients
One egg
Half a part sugar syrup (or less to taste)
One part Dark Jamaican Rum
One part Cognac
Boiling Water
Grated Nutmeg
Directions
Separate the yolk of the egg from the white and beat each separately. Fold them together and add the sugar syrup. Place this mixture in a warmed coffee mug, add the rum and cognac and top up with boiling water.
Sprinkle grated nutmeg on top and serve piping hot.
