“These people try to gain entry into Barbados under all types of false pretenses. Many of them use bogus documentation. Once they gain entry into the country many of them engage in all types of unsavory activities such as prostitution. They offer their services to Barbadian employers at rates that are next to nothing thus putting Barbadians out of jobs.”
