Completion of Iwokrama Ranger Training Programme for Six Wai Wais from the Masakenari Village

Today the Iwokrama International Centre announced the completion of classroom training for six persons from the Masakenari Village in Southern Guyana for Park Rangering. Iwokrama was contracted by Conservation International – Guyana to conduct this course as part of their support for the development of the area’s Community-Owned Conservation Area (COCA).
