My wife and I arrived on 5th Yay 2006, It was a holiday in Georgetown, so this hotel had no food or drink on offer except for the expensive room mini bar.
We hoped for food on Saturday, but were told that they only opened the famous sidewalk cafe at 5 P.M. on saturday becuse they opened until late on Friday night, but not our Friday night. Sunday they were closed again, because it was Sunday. And that was our weekend.
We are of course not so stupid as to stay so we left and went to the Cara Lodge Heritage Hotel around the corner that was a real treat, food, drink and a bedroom that didn’t have a strange wall down the middle.
