Blue Hawaii

Ingredients

* 1 ounce light rum
* 1 ounce blue Curacao
* 2 ounces pineapple juice, unsweetened
* 1 ounce crème of coconut (optional)

Directions
Combine rum, blue Curacao, pineapple and coconut juices, stir or shake, pour over ice to near top of glass. For garnish score pineapple or orange slice with a knife and inert onto rim of glass; optionally use toothpick or cocktail umbrella to spear maraschino cherry through center and attach to top of fruit slice; otherwise float cherry on top of ice.
