Guyana trailed the first quarter 17-18, but ended the first half with a six-point lead 39- 33. In the third quarter, Antigua & Barbuda went on a 10-2 run to end the session 54-54.
Antigua & Barbuda took the lead 57-54 and increased that to 60-54 but Guyana settled down to take charge of proceedings.
