Ingredients
2 oz Mango Flavored Rum
2 Splashes of Club Soda
Muddle 4 sprigs of fresh mint with a squeeze of lime
Directions
Mix all ingredients. Serve in a highball on the rocks. Garnish with a lime wedge and mint sprigs.

Ingredients
Ice Cubes
One part Light Rum
One part Brandy
One part Cointreau
A teaspoon of lemon juice
A twist of lemon rind
Directions
Place five or six ice cubes in a cocktail shaker. Add the rum, brandy, Cointreau and the teaspoon of lemon juice. Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass.

Ingredients
1 1/2 oz light rum
1 1/2 tsp triple sec
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp sugar
1 egg white
1 mint sprig
Directions
Combine and shake all ingredients (except mint) with ice and strain into an old-fashioned glass over ice cubes. Add the sprig of mint and serve.
Serve in: Old-Fashioned Glass

West Indian Punch

2 oz dark rum
3/4 oz banana liqueur
1 oz orange juice
1 oz pineapple juice
1/2 oz lime juice
1 pinch nutmeg
Directions
Shake over crushed ice in a shaker, and strain into a collins glass. Fill with crushed ice, sprinkle with nutmeg, and serve.

fill with 1/2 pineapple juice
fill with 1/2 cranberry juice
Directions
Pour ingredients into a Collins glass filled with ice. Stir and serve!
